" Working with Lincoln Edward Eiley and Corozal Bayside Realty was an extraordinarily frustrating and deeply unprofessional experience. Corozal Bayside Realty If you value basic professional courtesy, clear communication, and timely updates, look elsewhere. After initiating business, communication completely ground to a halt. Calls, emails, and follow-ups went unanswered for extended periods with zero transparency or accountability regarding ongoing proceedings. Being left completely in the dark while trying to navigate real estate transactions in Belize is unacceptable. Corozal Bayside Realty A broker should act as a reliable guide and advocate for their clients, but Lincoln demonstrated a complete disregard for customer follow-through and basic standards of service. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, money and stress—find a brokerage in Corozal that actually values its clients and respects their time"

Because of his total refusal to handle matters ethically or return funds, formal legal action is currently underway against him. Operating with complete dishonesty and zero integrity, Lincoln Eiley and Corozal Bayside Realty cannot be trusted with your money or your property searches in Belize. Do not let him take advantage of you—avoid this business at all costs and take your business to an ethical, reputable broker."

Lincoln Eiley proved to be completely dishonest and stole our money during a land deal. Because of his illegal actions and refusal to handle this ethically, we are currently taking him to court.
